Cintas Headshot Day

Reno, Nevada · 2026

Cintas needed a straightforward way to bring its team’s online presence into alignment: consistent, professional headshots for 30 employees, made in one efficient day. The goal was not to make everyone look identical. It was to create a cohesive set of portraits that still felt approachable, capable, and like the people clients meet every day.

A headshot day works best when the process feels simple. With a clear visual direction and a repeatable setup, each person could step in, settle quickly, and leave with a polished portrait that feels natural rather than overworked. The finished collection gives Cintas a stronger, more unified look for team profiles, internal materials, and client-facing communication.

The day was built around consistency without turning the experience into an assembly line. I created one clean lighting setup, then kept the direction relaxed and specific so each employee had a few minutes to feel comfortable in front of the camera.

That approach kept the sessions moving while giving every portrait the same considered foundation: even light, a simple frame, and enough room for personality. The result is a collection that works together as a system while still giving each person a photo they can feel good about using.

Client: Cintas

Project: Team headshot day for 30 employees

Deliverables: A consistent set of individual professional headshots for team profiles and client-facing materials

Thirty employees received a polished, consistent headshot in a single coordinated session. The resulting library gives Cintas flexible, professional imagery for team pages, internal communications, directories, and the everyday moments when a strong first impression matters. More than a collection of individual portraits, the work creates a recognizable visual standard for the team as a whole.
